if an item is damaged due to its quality or workmanship, we will replace it as long as we are notified of the flaw within 1 week of the time it was received. 

we do not provide a refund if the item was lost or misplaced due to the postal service. but we will work with you to resolve the issue and find a suitable outcome that will work for both parties. 

please be aware of the items' descriptions like the measurements, materials, and colours before purchasing. make sure they suit your requirements. colours in photos are the ones that are available. 

please be considerate of the nature of the items. each item will be slightly unique as we do not use moulds and every piece are crafted by hand, thus imperfections may exist.
